This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bhimnagar P.S. Case No.67 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 8/20(b)(ii)(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The recovery is of 15.7 Kg. of ganja from the petitioner. He is in custody since 18.11.2024. The petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the huge quantity of ganja alleged to have been recovered from the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him privilege of bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected for the present.
