The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-B) A, 26 of the Arms Act. The police apprehended the petitioner on 17.8.2014 and some arms and ammunition were alleged to have been recovered from her possession, but she was not remanded in the present case. She was remanded in a case registered under Section 307 IPC. The police remanded her in the present case on 2.7.2015. It appears that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than one year.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42089 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Mokama P. S. Case No. 163 of 2014.
