The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Piyar P.S. Case No. 228 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering an F.I.R. has been registered under Section 302 of the IPC by the wife of the deceased, who states that her husband is found missing and later on his dead body has been recovered and thus custodial interrogation is required to be done, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
