The petitioner who is a Panchayat Teacher has filed this writ petition with the following prayers:- "...(i) That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondents to take appropriate legal action against the responsible private respondents who has been intentionally and illegally made complaint against the petitioner that she is working on the post of Panchayat

(ii) To direct the respondents may be directed to enquire into the matter and take appropriate legal action against the responsible private respondents.

(iii) To grant him any other relief/s to which he is entitled in the facts and circumstances of this case.."

3. No relief sought for by the petitioner in the instant writ petition can be granted by this Court in exercise of the power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, in the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. Accordingly this writ petition stands dismissed with a liberty granted to the petitioner to seek remedy before the appropriate authority of the State against the private respondent, in accordance with law, if so advised.
