The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case no. 270/2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and different Sections of the Arms Act.

The police on information that some criminals have assembled surrounded the criminals but the criminals made firing. It is submitted that on chase the petitioner Ravi Kumar @ Ravi Paswan and Bhutus Kumar @ Ranvir Kumar @ Anand Kumar were apprehended. From their possession arms and ammunitions were recovered. Similarly situated co-accused Bhutus Kumar @ Ranvir Kumar @ Anand Kumar has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 14.10.2014 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40052 of 2015 (2) dt.08-09-2015 2/2 Misc. No. 27124/2014 and the case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge V, Munger, in connection with Muffasil P.S.
