The petitioner seeks bail in Salaiya P.S. Case No. 08/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 08.04.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Salaiya P.S.
