Mr. Anjani Kumar, learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the petitioner, in view of the communication dated 03.12.2024, has been relieved on deputation, as per the Central Government Rules, w.e.f. 03.12.2024 to join the post of Executive Director in Footwear Design and Development Institute (FDDI), Fursatganj, Raebareli, U.P., as per the terms and conditions contained in notification dated 23.04.2009, issued by the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Department of Higher Education, Government of India, also commonly known as First Statutes, National Institute of Technology Act, 2007.

3. Having considered the aforesaid information, the petitioner must forthwith join the post of Executive Director in Footwear Design and Development Institute (FDDI), Fursatganj, Raebareli, U.P. on his deputation.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
