The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named six persons, Bandho Manjhi, the petitioner, Manoj Manjhi, Dhanraj Manjhi, Lalan Manjhi, Pravesh Manjhi and Vikram Manjhi and alleged that they all assaulted the informant and his maternal uncle-in-law, Munark Manjhi. Munarik Manjhi died during the course of treatment. It is submitted that omnibus and general allegation is made against all the accused persons. Manoj Manjhi and Dhanraj Manjhi have been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17030/2015 and the case of petitioner stands on the same footing.
