2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"That this writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner above named for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of Mandamus to the respondent concerned to pay his salary due from 05.05.2016 to 30.08.2020 due to malafide intention of the respondent, the salary of the petitioner has not paid uptill now."

3. The petitioner seems to have not been paid salary from 05.05.2016 to 30.08.2020. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's representation and extend salary if the petitioner is otherwise entitled in accordance with law. If he is not entitled, in that regard necessary speaking order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner. If the petitioner is entitled for arrears of salary for the aforesaid period, the same shall be paid along with interest @ 6 % per annum.

With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed off.
