The statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she has specifically stated that she has solemnized her marriage with co-accused Sushil Kumar Sharma on her own sweet will and she was never kidnapped by any person.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Purnea in connection with Janki Nagar P.S.Case No.59 of 2015.
