2. The petitioners seek regular bail in the present case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners are the father-in-law and wife of the deceased and the allegation is that they have conspired and killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioners claim clean antecedent and they are in custody since

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. From the materials available on record, it appears that there is no material except suspicion against the petitioners and other accused persons, accordingly, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran /concerned Court below in connection with Bijdhari P.S. Case No. 141 of 2025. (Sandeep Kumar, J) tusharika/- U T
