The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 15(1-b), a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One Mukesh Sahni was apprehended and from his possession arms and ammunition were recovered. Mukesh Sahni disclosed the name of the petitioner but the petitioner was not apprehended on the spot and nothing has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in jail since 12.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D.
