The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 380/511/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was on bail but he could not appear in the Court on 28.07.2008. Bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled. The petitioner surrendered in the Court on 06.07.2015 since then he is in jail.

It is submitted that the petitioner fell ill and he has been under treatment and, therefore, he could not appear in the Court. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two months for misuse of privilege of bail in a petty case, let the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
