The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/326/307/302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Since the trial is at the verge of conclusion as per report of the learned trial Judge dated 09.10.2021, I am not inclined to review the earlier order dated 21.06.2019 of refusal of prayer for bail passed in Cr. Misc. No.16012 of 2019 as the petitioner carries allegation of slitting the throat of the deceased in connection with Sessions Trial No.27 of 2019, arising out of Jankinagar P.S. Case No.131 of 2018. Hence, the prayer for bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45514 of 2021(3) dt.15-12-2021 2/2 is refused. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within six months. The Superintendent of Police, Purnea, is directed to ensure production of official witnesses, i.e., the Doctor and Investigating Officer.
