Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)38(1)of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The offence alleged is recovery of liquor. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioners are in custody since 15.07.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33842 of 2020(2) dt.22-12-2020 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Farbisganj(Simraha)Police Station Case No.566 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
