The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498 A, 494 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the wife of informant, who made allegation that the petitioner subjected her physically tortured and also did not provide her food.

It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 20.06.2015 and he has already remained in jail for more than two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
