The petitioner seeks bail in Sahebganj P.S. Case no. 103/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. On the basis of information of police informer, the stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of Niraj Kumar @ Kallu Mistry who disclosed the name of the petitioner and other persons. Except the confession of co-accused, the police did not collect any further evidence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
