2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sisawan P.S. Case No. 11 of 2021 lodged on 10.01.2021 under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, allegation of dowry death is against husband and other family members including the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the First Information Report there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, rather the allegation is omnibus and general against all the accused persons including the petitioner. The petitioner being the mother-in-law of the deceased is in custody since 8.02.2023 having no criminal antecedent and the

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the husband, namely, Abhishek Kumar Singh @ Abhishek Kumar @ Abhishek Singh and father-in-law, namely, Yogendra Singh of the deceased have already been granted regular bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 11.11.2022 and 25.09.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 66688 of 2022 and Criminal Miscellaneous No. 58681 of 2021 respectively.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 11th Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan in connection with S. Tr. No. 398 of 2021 arising out of Sisawan P.S. Case No. 11 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Ashwini/- U T
