2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ghurna P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025 lodged on 23.03.2025, for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
3. As per the First Information Report, total recovery of 53 litres of nepali liquor has been made from a motorcycle driven by the petitioner who was arrested on the spot.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the physical or conscious possession of the petitioner and a bag from which the recovery has been made does not belong to him. Learned counsel submits that there is no independent witness to the seizure list and further

5. Learned A.P.P for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the present facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.1, Araria in connection with Ghurna P.S.
