JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 23-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that his brother was having firearm licence and was possessing N.P. bore rifle, however, after his death the weapon has been deposited with the Arms Dealer, namely, Rakesh Shastragar and, thereafter, the petitioner, being his full brother, has applied for grant of arms licence so that he could retain the aforesaid weapon. However, no decision has been taken by the licensing authority as yet though the police report etc. has already been obtained by it. In above view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate-cumLicensing Authority, Buxar, to take a final decision in the matter
