2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to F.I.R., it is alleged that this petitioner got elected on the post of Chairman, Nagar Parishad on the basis of false caste certificate.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner denies the allegation and submits that petitioner belongs to Musahar Caste and as such, she was issued caste certificate for the same by the competent authority. It is further submitted that the aforesaid dispute is already pending before the State Level Caste Scrutiny

Considering the fact that matter is still pending before the authorized Committee, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Daniyawan P. S. Case No. 08 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
