In this case, only grievance has been raised by the petitioner that he has been allotted the work for construction of road under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna of total length 5.063 km. vide agreement No.22SBD of 2014-15, but on wrong premise the respondents have deducted 8% amount under the Sales Tax in stead of deducting 5% amount.

These matters are to be looked into by the Chief Engineer, Rural Works Department.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file a proper application/representation before the Chief Engineer, Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, who will consider the same and after examining the materials on record take appropriate decision in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
