The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case during the course of investigation. The SIM by which the informant was rang is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that brother-in-law of the informant and his employee are the witnesses on the seizure list and the seizure is planted. The petitioner is in jail since 04.04.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner
