The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. I. For issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the Memo No.628 dated 24.05.2023 (Annexure-P/5) issued by the Circle Officer, Virpur, Begusarai (respondent No. 5) whereby and whereunder the Circle Officer, Virpur, Begusarai issued last notice to the petitioner along with others to remove the encroachments from

435, Khata No. 983, Khesra No.

4778 and Rakwa 75 decimal should vacate possession or remove encroachment by 26.05.2023."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
