Petitioner is named in the first information report but omnibus allegation of assault has been levelled against the petitioner and other FIR named accused persons as well as several unknown persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant of the present case is said to have received altogether 6 injuries but Annexure-2 series reveal that requisition for injury was sent on 07-03-2015 by the concerned officer-in-charge but the doctor prepared the injury report on 06-03-2015 i.e. prior to issuance of requisition by the concerned officer-in-charge. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40359 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nawada SC/ST P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Subir Kumar, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Nawada.
