2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 22.09.2016 passed in CWJC No. 12966 of 2013.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 3, Executive Engineer, Bihar Police Building Construction Corporation, Annexure-E whereof being an order contained in letter no. 925 dated 02.05.2017 discloses that fourth Bank Guarantee has

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the aforesaid stand of the opposite parties.

5. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 4054 of 2016 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
