2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of petitioner after a lapse of more than 11 years and paragraph - 48 of the supplementary case diary goes to show that police has conducted raid on the house of petitioner in the year 2017 itself and it seems that petitioner has been avoiding his appearance in this case.

4. Considering the fact that petitioner has moved before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail after an inordinate delay of 11 years, the prayer for anticipatory bail of
