Patna High Court CWJC No.6462 of 2018(4) dt.06-11-2020 2/2 (Annexure-13) passed by the Learned CAT, Patna Bench, Patna. By the impugned order dated 23.01.2018, the Learned CAT, Patna Bench, Patna, has been pleased restrained the Respondents (Petitioners herein) from passing any final order in the Departmental Proceeding initiated against the Respondent herein for submitting forged/fabricated caste certificate of Community Kishan at the time of his appointment, the impugned order has been passed on the ground that his Caste Certificate has not been cancelled by the competent authority i.e. the Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, as such the basis of initiation of departmental proceeding is itself bad."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

Prayer allowed.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
