JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-02-2017 Heard Sri Shashi Bhushan Kumar Manglam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Kumar Alok, learned SC No. 7. The present petition has been filed on an allegation of willful disobedience to an order passed by this Court in CWJC No. 6669 of 2011. By the said order writ petition on the objection raised by the State Counsel that without demanding justice the petitioner had directly approached the writ court, the writ petition was disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Respondent No. 3 and thereafter direction was given to consider the representation and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a prescribed

In this case a show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 and along with the show cause an order passed by the District Magistrate has been brought on record as Annexure- 'A' . It was submitted by Sri Kumar Alok that in compliance with the order of the writ court a detailed reasoned order was passed, of-course some delay has occurred, but that was not intentional , but same was procedural. In view of the fact that in compliance of the order of the writ court reasoned order has been passed , there is no reason to keep the matter pending.

The petition stands disposed of.
