2. The matter has been listed on the motion slip filed by learned counsel for the petitioner pointing out some typographical errors in the order dated 14.12.2017, by which the writ petition has been disposed off.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at various places in the order the reference relating to the case of Binod Kumar Jha & Ors. vs. State of Bihar and Ors. dated 26.08.2004, the case number has been mentioned as 'C.W.J.C.
Patna High Court CWJC No.20099 of 2016 (4) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 No. 9215 of 1998', which is factually incorrect as the correct number is 'C.W.J.C. No. 9215 of 1999'.
4. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be correct which is also not disputed by learned counsel for the respondents.
5. Accordingly, reference to 'C.W.J.C. No. 9215 of 1998' in the order dated 14.12.2017 be read as 'C.W.J.C. No. 9215 of 1999'.
