2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at the present stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the reliefs as claimed for in the present writ application, he has already filed a representation dated 01.05.2024 before the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Bihar, Patna (Respondent No.

2) and he would be satisfied if this Court could direct the respondent no. 2 to dispose of his representation after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a fixed time

4. This prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the learned counsel for Respondent-State.

Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is being disposed of directing the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of the representation dated 01.05.2024 (Annexure-P/20 to the writ application) on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within three months from the date of production of a copy of this order. Needless to emphasize that the final order which will be passed by the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2) should be reasoned and a speaking order.
