2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 181 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 302 and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the other co-accused persons are alleged to have killed the son of the informant, namely, Dharamveer Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has no criminal antecedent. During investigation, it has come that the deceased Dharamveer Kumar has committed suicide and the door was broken, thereafter, the dead body was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2026.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-1st Class, Muzaffarpur/ concerned Court below, in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 181 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
