Having regard to the fact that the respondent, Administrator, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, by an order contained in Memo No. 4187 dated 29.09.2014, has already directed for full payment of salary of the petitioner for the period of suspension between 26.06.2010 to 10.06.2011 as a consequence the petitioner being fully exonerated in the departmental proceeding, nothing would now survive for the adjudication in this case inasmuch as the petitioner's prayer was only for a direction to the respondent authorities for making payment of the salary for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7518 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 period of suspension.

3. This Court hopes and believes that in terms of the aforementioned order of the Administrator of the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation dated 29.09.2014, the amount payable to the petitioner by way of salary, beyond the subsistence allowance, for the period of suspension, if not already paid, must be paid to him within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
