2. This application has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to provide duplicate mark-sheet and original certificate of intermediate examination of the session 1983-85, as according to the petitioner, he has lost his mark-sheet and the original certificate.

3. Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the Bihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.20022 of 2016 dt.27-03-2017 2/3 School Examination Board (Senior Secondary), Patna (hereinafter referred to as the 'Board') has produced before this Court a duplicate mark-sheet and original certificate of intermediate examination to be handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel has, however, informed this Court that the petitioner has not deposited the requisite fee for issuance of the mark-sheet and the original certificate, but considering the urgency of the matter, the Board has made available the said documents. A counter affidavit to this effect has also been filed on behalf of the Board.

4. The Court records appreciation for the endeavour made by the Board and learned counsel in the matter of making available the duplicate mark-sheet and original certificate, considering the urgency of the matter.

5. Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, undertakes that he will pay requisite fee by Friday, i.e., 31st, March, 2017.

6. If the requisite fee is not deposited by Friday, i.e., 31st March, 2017, the petitioner will be required to pay a sum of Rs. 10,000/- in the account of the Board.

7. With the aforesaid observation, the application stands disposed of.

8. Let the duplicate mark-sheet and the original certificate of intermediate examination be handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.
