The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent, bears no criminal antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the aforesaid case. He submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and the husband of the deceased is in jail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35417 of 2019(3) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Bhargama Police Station Case No. 321 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
