The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted twice on the head of Ajay Soni the husband of the informant with iron rod. The injuries found on the head are lacerated wound and simple in nature.

It is submitted that the case is compromised. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A. Kunal, the learned Judicial
