The petitioners seek bail in Natwar P.S. Case No. 102 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioners along with other FIR named accused persons subjected the daughter of informant to mental and physical torture for dowry, as a result of which she committed suicide.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is father-inlaw of the deceased and they are living separately and have got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46188 of 2021(2) dt.16-11-2021 2/2 husband. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioners are in custody since 15.03.2021 having no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Natwar P.S.
