2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, upon a secret information, a raid was conducted and stolen vehicles were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that stolen vehicles were recovered from house of the petitioner, he cannot escape the liability for the same and as such, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
