Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of petitioner's father in original academic certificate issued on 29.06.2007 has wrongly been typed as Vijay Sagar Mehta in place of Vidya Sagar Mehta. Relying upon the intermediate certificate issued by Bihar School Examination Board and other certificates issued by B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura, learned counsel submits that in all the certificates,

Patna High Court CWJC No.8644 of 2024(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 the father's name of the petitioner has been mentioned as Vidya Sagar Mehta. He further submits that petitioner has filed a representation before the Examination Controller, Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board (Annexure-P/5) for correction of father's name in the Madhyma Certificate issued by Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board dated 29.06.2007, annexed as Annexure P/3 to this writ application.

Learned counsel for the Board submits that Secretary of the Board may be directed to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass necessary orders for correction. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let a detailed representation along with other documents showing the correct father name of the petitioner be filed by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from today, before the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board. If such representation is filed, the Secretary is directed to take final decision within a further period of three weeks.
