The petitioners seek bail in Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 10 of Bihar Conduct of Exam Act.

It is alleged that petitioner no. 2 appeared in the examination of Central Armed Police Forces (Constable) in place of petitioner no. 1 Pappu Yadav.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners are in custody since 04.03.2019 having no criminal antecedent. Other co-accused has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34687 of 2019(3) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 of this court vide order dated 07.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29939 of 2019.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019.
