Learned APP submits that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined and now the case is pending for defence.

So far merit of the case is concerned, it is apparent that 14.5 Kilograms of Ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and on account thereof, prayer for bail was rejected. Furthermore, in the changed circumstance, as the ball has gone into the court of defence itself, I do not see any cogent reason for reconsideration. The prayer for bail is rejected. However, the learned lower court will proceed with the trial on day-to-day basis and conclude the same within two months positively.
