The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 95 of 2016, registered under Sections 498A and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute in between the petitioner and the complainant-opposite party no. 2 has already been settled out side of court. On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant-opposite party no. 2, also submits that the dispute in between the petitioner and the complainant-opposite party no. 2
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55521 of 2016 (6) dt.03-10-2017 has already been settled and she has no objection in allowing the pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Supaul, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 95 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
