The petitioner is in custody in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 262 of 2018. for the offenses under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submits that the case was registered against unknown and nothing incriminating was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. There is delay of four days in lodging the FIR. The petitioner is in custody since 30.1.2019 but he has not been put on TIP.

Case No. 262 of 2018.
