JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, there is specific allegation against this petitioner that he gave Farsa blow twice to the informant but the injury report (Annexure-2) of the informant reveals that the informant sustained altogether four injuries but all the aforesaid injuries were found simple in nature. Moreover, there is counter case also.

Considering the above-said submission as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
