The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Only one mobile was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner claims that he purchased that mobile. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra at Saran in Chapra Muffasil P.S.
