The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he has got land dispute with his own brother Khush Mohammad Ansari due to partition of land and Khush Mohammad Ansari and his family members strangulated his wife to death. The petitioner is wife of Khush Mohammad Ansari. No specific allegation is made against her and she is in jail since 06.02.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner is a lady, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur (Madhubani) in Rudrapur P.S. Case No. 15/2015 (G.R. No. 196 of 2015).
