Mr. Subodh Kumar Jha, learned Counsel for the petitioners submit that in the counter affidavit of the respondent nos. 5 and 6, they have stated in paragraph 8 that a guideline has been sought for from the office of the Principal Secretary, Panchayati Raj Department by the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.
He submits that the writ petition be disposed of in the light of said letter of the District Magistrate giving liberty to the petitioners to approach before the appropriate authority. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
It is expected that the representation will be taken up and disposed of at an earliest.
