JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-10-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not avail the benefit of the order dated 27.08.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No.20878 of 2020 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner as he was stranded outside the State of Bihar during COVID-19 pandemic related restrictions and lockdown. It is under such circumstances that the petitioner has filed the present application seeking modification of the order so as to extend the time granted for surrender before the court below. It is submitted that he has not been arrested till date.

Under such circumstances, time for surrender is extended by two weeks from today.

The modification application stands allowed.
