The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction upon the respondents to ensure payment of arrears of salary which is due since January, 2023 to till date as well as current salary on month to month basis as the petitioner has been continuously discharging her duties to the entire satisfaction of the authorities concerned.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner, adverting to the facts averred in writ petition, has submitted that an identical issue has come up for consideration in CWJC No. 14571 of 2025 which came to be disposed of vide order dated 08.09.2025, a copy of which has been placed on record. The petitioner also seeks disposal of his case in identical terms

4. Learned Advocate for the State is present.

5. In view of the limited grievance of the petitioner and the submissions advanced by the learned Advocate instead of keeping the matter pending, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the order dated 28.09.2025 passed in CWJC No. 14571/2025.

6. The respondent no. 5, the District Programme Officer Establishment, (Education), Rohtas at Sasaram to consider the representations of the petitioner, copy of which are placed on record at annexure -P/14 series and bring to its logical conclusion in the light of the order passed by this Hon'ble High Court in the case afore-noted as well the letter issued by the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt /production of a copy of this order. '

7. It is made clear that if the claim of the petitioner

8. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
