JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2019 By way of this modification application, the petitioner seeks to modify the order dated 16.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78790 of 2018, by which, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was disposed of on the stand taken by the petitioner that he is ready to keep the complainant.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that a divorce case has been filed by the petitioner, in which, the notice was issued to complainant and due to wrong instruction, above submission was made in the court below on which, the order dated 16.01.2019 has been passed and,

Considering the fact that order has been passed in presence of learned counsel of both the parties after considering their submission. As such, I am not inclined to modify the order dated 16.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78790 of 2018. This application is, accordingly, rejected.
